HUDSON – Hudson’s Beckett Campbell had a tremendous game Friday, rushing for 365 yards and five touchdowns as the Tigers beat Springport 68-22 to advance to next week’s Division 8 semifinals.
Campbell now has more than 2,000 yards rushing for the season. Grayson Bills had more than 100 yards on the ground Friday and scored twice.
“The group has been on the varsity for two years now. They are seniors now and have been in our system. They have been in the weight room. The whole school is on the same page when it comes to that. Our coaching staff is all coming back and there is continuity there and that is important.”
